Beauty | Five To Try From Antipodes

Discovering Antipodes Skincare
It's that time of year where I start to change up my skincare routine.

I changed the products I used a few months ago to help with the winter skin issues like dryness etc but since the sun has finally made an appearance it's now time to shake things up again and add in a few new additions to my skincare collection.

Antipodes are a brand that have been on my radar for a while now,  as I actually won some bits from the lovely Laura Louise Make Up (check her out now if you don't already know her)  some years back, so when the Antipodes team got in touch recently to ask if I'd like to add a few more of their products to my routine I was excited to shake things up.

I wanted to share my top five products from the brand so far;

One thing Antipodes do very well is packaging and this 120ml magenta tube of loveliness is no exception.

The scent is absolutely beautiful as it combines hibiscus flower from the South Pacific with summer berries.

The formula is rich in avocado oil which is full of nutrients to help leave the skin beautifully hydrated, smelling delicious and super dewy.

Although this is a little pricey at £28.99, a little goes a very long way and I use this my treat moisturiser, (please tell me you do this with certain products too?).  I love that I can use it on my hands and body and it's not greasy on the skin at all.

I had put myself on a bit of a cleanser ban over the last few months since I had quite a stash but I couldn't help but repurchase the Grapeseed Butter Cleanser again as it's just such a beautiful product to use.

It's a balm cleanser which is similar to one of my other favourite balms but this one is slightly more affordable at £24.99 for 75g of product.

This cleanser is suitable for most skin types but perfect if you suffer from dry skin as the natural cacao butter and vinanza grape antioxidants work to hydrate and soften the skin and remove any impurities to leave you feeling refreshed and clear.

This is one product I think I'll continue to repurchase as long as I can as its beautiful on the skin and is a really enjoyable, deep cleanse.

Antipodes Reincarnation Pure Facial Exfoliator
If you're a fan of gentle exfoliation, this is a product for you.
Like all other Antipodes products, this is made with natural ingredients and this product is packed with avocado oil and jojoba beads which are perfect to help remove any impurities and unclog pores which is right up my street.  Then the calendula oil and carrot seed oil hep to soothe and calm the skin.

This exfoliator is so gentle it can be used everyday but I have been using it three times per week and my skin has been responding to it very well.  My complexion feels more even and my skin looks brighter after each use.

It has a very light scent of orange and cedarwood that feels very refreshing and a real delight to use as it feels so creamy.

If you're looking for a new exfoliating product, keep this one in mind for sure.

This is my second bottle of this facial oil and I can't get enough of it.

If your skin needs some help to stay hydrated then the Divine Avocado and Rosehip oil is one product that you should give a try.

This oil has been proven to stimulate Type 1 collagen in skin cells by up to 51%, meaning that lost collagen is replaced while the Avocado oil is packed full of vitamins and antioxidants that are perfect for maintaining a healthy complexion.  This product also protects the skin against environmental damage whilst promoting a firmer complexion.

Antipodes Divine Facial Oil
Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Face Mask
I couldn't do a post about Antipodes and not mention the one product that I've been obsessed with for the last month;

A 15-minute treatment that helps the skin feel deeply moisturised and supple after use, the Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask has become one of my favourite skin treats recently.

As I've always suffered from blemish prone skin, in the past I always veered towards blemish fighting, charcoal masks but these played havoc with dryness.  The Manuka Honey in this mask acts as a natural antibacterial ingredient, fighting my blemishes while deeply nourishing and reviving my tired and dull complexion.

The vanilla and mandarin scent is light and pleasant, and it leaves the skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I can't get enough of Aura.

Have you tried anything from Antipodes?

I also highly recommend the Apostle skin-brightening & tone-correcting serum, along with the Juliet Brightening gel cleanser but really, I could go on all day about how beautiful the Antipodes products are.

Do you have any recommendations for me?
